In an effort towards enabling individuals from all economic situations to attend the 2010 ISPO World Congress in Leipzig, Germany, Reduced Registration Fees of € 200 are offered to registrants from Low Income Countries (LIC) according to the 2009 World Bank list of economies.

This rate is for a full congress registration, but does not include the Congress Party. Applications for the reduced rate must be made to the Congress Secretariat before March 31, 2010.
We encourage people from applicable countries, or sponsors who will enable people from these countries to attend the 2010 World Congress, to follow these steps for registration:
1. Delegates must reside in a “Low Income Country” according to the World Bank list of economies (Expatriates working for foreign aid organizations, manufacturers, etc. are not eligible).
2. FAX or mail the following documents to the Congress Secretariat. Reduced rates are not available through on-line registration.

b. Copy of official document clearly indicating your permanent address (such as passport or registration card)
3. If a delegate is sponsored, we recommend that the sponsor submits all forms and arrange the fee payment (i.e., one point of contact for registration).
Please note that all delegates requiring a visa to enter Germany are recommended to start the visa application process at least 3 months before the event.
Travel, Accommodation and Visas:
All delegates must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
